We encourage you to review the terms and conditions of the policy issued to you. In case you’re not satisfied with any conditions/features mentioned in the policy, submit a written request seeking cancellation of the policy while stating your objection within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of policy document.
This 15 days period is termed as “free look” and is in accordance with the provision of regulation 6 (2) of IRDAI (Protection of Policyholder's Interest) Regulation 2002 issued by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (“IRDAI”).In case you opt out, you will be given a refund as per the freeLook provision mentioned in the policy document.
Your formal freelook request would be logged in with us upon receipt of physical copy of the request. We would treat the online request for freelook request as preliminary and thereafter we would provide you 10 working days to courier/ mail the hard copy of your request in physical form. In case physical request for free look is not received within 10 days from the date of logging in, the same would be treated as being withdrawn, and the policy would continue to be in force.

• Duly filled & signed copy of the Freelook request form (link to servicing forms)
• Original Policy Document
• ID Proof – With accurate Date of Birth & Father’s name matching our records
• Cancelled Cheque – clearly displaying the name of the policy holder & his account number
